1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service offered by PMpathshala ("we", "us", "our"), including enrolling in a course, visiting our website, or interacting with our content, you ("student", "user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify enrolled students of any significant changes via email.
2. Our Services
PMpathshala provides live online education in Product Management. Our current offerings include:
- Basic to Advanced Product Management — an 8-week live weekend program
- AI Product Manager — an 8-week specialization program (upcoming)
All live sessions are conducted via Zoom. Session recordings are made available to enrolled students within 24 hours and remain accessible for the duration of their lifetime access entitlement.
We reserve the right to modify course content, scheduling, or delivery format with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students. Material changes that significantly affect course value will be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
3. Enrollment & Payment
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment. The following conditions apply:
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first session.
- We accept UPI and Net Banking payments processed securely via PhonePe.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with batch joining instructions.
- Seats are limited to 30 students per batch and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- PMpathshala reserves the right to defer enrollment to the next available batch if the current batch is full.
4. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our programs and offer a 15-day money-back guarantee subject to the following terms:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the course start date by emailing support@pmpathshala.com.
- Students who have attended more than 2 live sessions are not eligible for a refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not available for course materials, recordings, or any supplementary resources already accessed.
- In case of a batch postponement initiated by PMpathshala of more than 14 days, students are entitled to a full refund.
To initiate a refund, email us at support@pmpathshala.com with your name, enrollment email, and reason for refund.
5. Course Access & Student Conduct
Upon enrollment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content. The following rules apply:
- Your login credentials and course access are for your personal use only and may not be shared.
- Recording of live sessions by students is not permitted without prior written consent.
- Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct in all live sessions, group discussions, and communication channels.
- Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.
- Assignments submitted must be your own original work. Plagiarism will result in disqualification from the Certificate of Completion.
- Lifetime access to recordings and resources is subject to the continued availability of the PMpathshala platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through PMpathshala — including but not limited to course videos, slides, assignments, case studies, frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of PMpathshala and its instructors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our course content without explicit written permission.
- You may use frameworks and concepts learned for your personal professional development and work.
- The PMpathshala name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks and may not be used without written consent.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
PMpathshala provides educational content for informational and skill-development purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary increases as a result of completing our courses.
- While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our course content, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- PMpathshala's liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total course fees paid by the student.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
